The FreeWing V2 is the new version of the FreeWing V1 and is based on a cooperation between Starboard Windsurfing and Airush Kiteboarding.
The V2 has undergone massive changes compared to the previous model.
The biggest changes are a modified geometry of the front tube as well as a thicker and overall shorter strut in the front area. These innovations make the wing more rigid and ensure that it does not twist when pumping and that no energy is lost.
New longer and narrower windows provide a good view without hindering packing and stowing.
With the FreeWing AIR V2, the development teams from Starboard and Airush have brought the next generation of their popular FreeWing onto the market with several new updates. In seven different sizes (2m² to 8m²) and two wing shapes, each optimized for their area of ​​application
(2 - 5 m2 for stronger wind and 6 - 8 m2 for light wind)
practically all conditions and wind ranges (from 7 knots to over 50 knots) are covered. Thanks to its user-friendly all-round qualities and the high speed and maneuver potential, the FreeWing AIR V2 is ideally suited for all skill levels, from beginners to professionals.
